tribute to Mary. We were also honored to welcome Dr. Charles, Assistant Superintendent of
Schools, who joined us for this special celebration.

special.
We are incredibly proud of our outstanding Aquinas Club students, who have shown dedication and
perseverance all year, coming in early every Thursday morning to work with Mr. Capuano. Their
commitment and enthusiasm were displayed during their final presentations on Friday, May 9th, at
Holy Trinity Diocesan High School.
This year, the students explored the essential question: "How has music influenced and supported
the Catholic faith throughout history?" Their in-depth research, insightful reflections, and creative

Her dedication to our students and staff is exceptional, and she goes above and beyond in everything she does. Every morning, she greets each student with a warm and cheerful smile, making everyone feel welcomed and valued. She is the heart of OLP! Thank you, Ms. Von, for all you do each and every day! Friday, the National Jr. Honor Society at Our Lady of Peace held a heartfelt Veterans Day Prayer
Service to honor the brave men and women serving our country. Each veteran in attendance was
presented with a framed Soldier’s Prayer as a token of gratitude for their sacrifice and dedication.
In a touching tribute, each student received a picture of a soldier and a prayer, fostering a deep
connection and respect for the courage and commitment of our veterans. We are so grateful for
their service, and we pray for their continued strength and well-being. Today and every day, we
remember their sacrifices and honor their legacy. Click here for photos and more information.

Saturday marked a milestone in our 2nd-graders' faith journey. They received the Sacrament of First Holy Communion! It was a beautiful day as the children took another step closer to Jesus, embracing His love and grace in the Eucharist. Thank you to Ms. Baumgarten and Ms. Pronko for preparing our students for this special day. To our families, thank you for your unwavering support and encouragement throughout this journey. Congratulations to our First Communicants! May God continue to bless you on your faith journey.
